Be a Good Developer...

* Hand-to-hand combat coding HTML/XHTML, CSS
* Strong knowledge of web standards
* Experience with Javascript and jQuery
* Solid knowledge of Flash and Actionscript (AS2 & AS3)
* Solid knowledge and understanding of browser bugs and solutions (i.e. Take down IE6!)
* Strong Adobe suite skills (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator)
* Experience in CMS environments (Wordpress, etc…)
* Communication, time management and genuine problem solving skills!
* Light programming skills – experience with PHP or other programming languages would be helpful
* Database familiarity – mySQL or SQL Server
* Experience with public API’s (Flickr, Google, Facebook ,etc…)
